Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC) has officially released the Exam City Details and Admit Card for Bihar Police Constable General Duty Close Cadre in Special Branch Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. 01/2026for 83 Posts on 10 June 2026. The written examination is scheduled on 24 June 2026. Candidates who applied between 06 February 2026 to 05 March 2026 can now download their Admit Card from the official CSBC portal apply-csbc.com.

- Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) Examination from any recognized Board in India
- Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply

📝 Selection Process for CSBC Bihar Police Constable Special Branch 2026
Stage 1 – Written Examination (24 June 2026)
- Objective type multiple choice question (MCQ) based written exam
- Subjects: General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Science, General Hindi, Mathematics, Reasoning
- Candidates shortlisted based on written exam merit are called for physical test
Stage 2 – Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Measurement of height and chest (as per prescribed standards above)
- Qualifying in nature — candidates not meeting physical standards are disqualified
Stage 3 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Running and other physical endurance tests as per CSBC Bihar norms
- Qualifying in nature
Stage 4 – Document Verification (DV)
- Verification of all original certificates including 10th, 12th, category certificate, domicile, and ID proof
Stage 5 – Medical Examination
- Comprehensive medical fitness examination at designated Bihar Police medical centers
- Final health check before appointment
Stage 6 – Final Merit List & Appointment
- Final selection based on overall performance in all stages
- Appointment letters issued for posting in Special Branch of Bihar Police

- Click on “Download Admit Card / Exam City” link for Advt No. 01/2026
- Enter your Registration Number / Application Number and Date of Birth / Password
- Your Admit Card will appear on the screen showing your Exam City, Exam Centre, Exam Date, and Shift
- Download the Admit Card and take a clear printout on A4 paper
- Carry the printed Admit Card along with a valid Photo ID to the exam centre on 24 June 2026
