Educational Qualification (Post Wise):
Supt JOT Posts (Operator / Fitter / Electrical / Instrumentation):
- Passed Class 10th (Matriculation) from any recognized board in India
- Completed ITI (NCVT or NCVET certified) in the relevant trade
- No work experience required — fresher ITI pass candidates can apply
- Maximum Age: 27 Years as on 10 June 2026
Supt JOT Laboratory:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Hons) in Chemistry from any recognized university
- Minimum qualifying marks as per NALCO norms
- Maximum Age: 27 Years as on 10 June 2026
Operator HEMM Grade III:
- Passed Class 10th from any recognized board
- ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certificate in relevant trade
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience required
- Maximum Age: 35 Years as on 10 June 2026
Mining Mate Gr III:
- Passed Class 10th from any recognized board
- ITI (NCVT/NCVET) certificate in relevant trade

📝 Selection Process for NALCO Non Executive 2026
The selection for NALCO Non Executive Recruitment 2026 will be conducted in the following stages:
Stage 1 – Online Written Examination (CBT)
- Computer Based Test conducted through IBPS platform
- Objective type multiple choice questions
- Sections: Trade Knowledge / Technical, General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English Language
- Trade-wise separate papers for technical posts
- Candidates shortlisted based on written exam merit are called for next stage
Stage 2 – Skill / Trade Test / Practical Test
- Practical/hands-on trade test to assess candidates’ technical proficiency
- Qualifying in nature — only merit-listed candidates from written exam are called
Stage 3 – Document Verification (DV)
- Verification of all original educational certificates, ITI / Diploma / Degree, experience certificates, age proof, category certificate, and ID proof
- Candidates must bring all originals along with self-attested photocopies
Stage 4 – Pre-Employment Medical Examination
- Comprehensive medical fitness test at NALCO designated hospitals / medical centers
- Candidates must meet the prescribed physical and medical standards for non-executive posts
Stage 5 – Final Selection & Appointment
- Final merit list prepared based on combined performance in written exam and skill test
